Looks like the Colts aren't invincible after all. New England is on a tear. Dallas is out. And the Seahawks have won 9 straight.
I think it will be Indi and Seattle in the Super Bowl. I know I am a biased Seattle fan, but this is the first time in many years I could say that they could pull off a NFC championship title. All of the media says that it will be the Giants for the NFC, but I think they are full of .... because the Hawks already beat them head to head once. I honestly think the Giants will be knocked out of the Playoffs in the first round the way they look lately. And the NFC championship should be Seattle and Carolina.
We will find out in 5 days which potential super bowl team is better, as Indi travels to Seattle to face the Hawks at home.

Posting this at the very instant that the Monday Night Game has Baltimore humiliating the Packers, I'm predicting that Bret Favre is DONE! This post comes before half time.
Time to hang 'em up. Time to rebuild. A crap Baltimore is looking like a great team. The Packers need to stop the humiliation.

Same.
Tomorrow I will see something not seen in decades: many empty seats in Lambeau Field for a game with the Bears.

That was a pretty good game Whip....Farve got skills still, what he needs are some good receivers like his offensive tackle Mark Taucher. It's too bad his 1 yd td reception was canceled out by a penalty, that was awesome ;D.

How about Seattle? They really Steamrolled the Colts excuses or no excuses. I dont think there is one NFC team that can beat them.
The Green Bay game was good. I was rooting for Favre in that one. The last minute was great, I actually thought he was going to tie it up.

The last minute was great, I actually thought he was going to tie it up. hate to break it to you but indy didn't have even half there normal starters in the game for more then half the game. indy right now r playing reg season games like they r preseason. resting there players and not tring to get them hurt.so yeah seattle won the but if they met in the suberbowl indy will blow out your seahawks. seattle don't have the secondary to match up with indys 3 good wr. the only team i see in playoffs that have a chance at knocking indy out is the pats.(even though i don't think they will beat them this year they r still the champs till someone knocks them out of the playoffs) now the the playoff picture has come down some here r my picks for each leagues final game afc indy vs ne indy winning by 10 nfc seattle vs car seattle winning a close one superbowl indy vs seattle indy wins 42-24

LOL ghost. That is the excuse train I knew would happen. "they didnt play their starters, their coach wasnt there." What about the 2 touchdowns the Seahawks scored on them while they WERE playing all their starters, and held them to only 2 field goals? I guess that doesn't count, after all, it makes the Colts look bad right?
The simple fact is that even if they had left the starters in they would have got stomped. It was their choice to yank their starters out. My theory is that they did it to have an excuse to fall back on after they lost. All of the East coast media is ignoring the Seahawks just like they have all year, even though Seattle will end up 14-2, and have beaten every NFC team they have played with the exception of the Redskins, and every AFC team with the exception of the Jags.
In all honesty, even if I hated the Hawks I would predict them to go to the Super Bowl. The Bucs dont have a chance against Seattle at Quest field. Its too tough to play there. And Seattle hasnt lost a game there since last year.
But I agree that it will be Seattle and Carolina in the NFC championship game. As for the Super Bowl, that remains to be seen. It could be the Pats. Even if the Hawks lose in the Super Bowl I will be glad they got there finally.

Bears get no respect at all....thats cool. Best defense and now their QB is back and you people predict Carolina and Seatlle...OK. They beat up on Carolina with Orton at QB I am looking forward to a rematch. I see a Hawk Bear final it should be fun. As far as the Superbowl...I have to disagree Sat...Seattle at home, kinda outside, bad week with Dungy's tragedy and nothing to play for are all negative factors for the Colts...Superbowl will be different

Bears might have a nice defence, but their offense is utter suck. Only reason they beat packers was because they were all rookies!

No...the bears dont have a "nice" defense they have the number 1 ranked defense in the NFL, as far as their "utter suck" offense their rushing offense is top 10 despite having a 4th round rookie quarterback playing do you know what they mean when they say 8 or 9 in the box...I bet not. They beat the packers because this year they are a far better team than the packers, it was close (7pts) because well its the bears vs the packers and brett farve despite having a tough year is still brett farve. They are the number 2 seated team in the NFC and kicked the crap out of the NFC preseason favorite Carolina Panthers...they have their starting qb back and ill take a team that can play defense and run the ball...if you're going to be a hater at least have some facts to back it up

I'm not knocking your team Dish. They have been great, they do have one bad ass defense. But I have been watching them closely, and the last couple weeks they have seemed to slide a bit, not that they have lost games, but they seemed less aggressive. I am not going to sit here and make negative blanket statements just to run my mouth like some people do. I said it would be Carolina in the Super Bowl, but Chicago has won a first round bye, and thats a pretty big deal for them. It could just as easily be Chicago travelling to Seattle as Carolina. They had better step up their offense though, Seattle has gotten a lot better in the defense department in weeks of late, and they will DEFINITELY need a number 1 ranked defense against the number one offense in the NFL

All I am saying is that instead of excuses maybe we could say what really happened...Seattle beat the Colts. Like I said, they didnt HAVE to yank their starters out. If Seattle plays against Green Bay next week (which they are) and they pull their starters out at some point (which they will) and happen to get beat by the Packers, I bet all you Green bay fans will be saying "Look! Green Bay beat the Seahawks!" But then I will be there to throw the excuse train right back at ya. Indianapolis isnt the team they were a few weeks ago. The unfortunate death of Dungy's son may play a factor in their demise I fear. And I think you are just so defensive of the Colts because you hate the Seahawks so much, which is ok, thats what football is all about.

Actually ghost....yes they are a much better team with Grossman...Orton was bad not sure if it was rookie bad or talent bad but he was bad. To say anything different means you didnt see any of the games..which is very possible. You can tell me how Orton has started more games and so on and so forth but anybody who has watched Bears games as I have wont try to argue that point I saw a different team in the last 6 quarters. They are the second seed for this reason.. right now they are the second best team in the NFC and I believe they will be playing Seattle in the title game, winner going to the Superbowl
