Anybody know how much bandwidth CIV uses? or how I could measure that? More specifically, if I have a 1200 kbps connection and go down to 300 kbps, will that affect my ability to play MP games? Or maybe its much more relevant what delay (ping) my or hosts' connection have?

CIV doesn't push alot of data, quantity-wise, but it is very lag/latency sensitive, so the time it takes data to reach you to and from the other players is critical, a solid 300kbs that doesn't drop any packets should work fine, but ISP due tend to put slower connections on less important hardware as well.

CS Thanks CS. I'll ask my ISP about their hardware...but I had the 300 kbs (is it kbs or kbps, not sure) some time ago and I remember it being pretty stable.
