Ok I've set pw for all Civ4/Warlords Civ's, unfortunately for DeGaule, Justian I, and Joao II we will have to wait. Your pw is the first 3 characters of your leaders name(as spelled by civstats) followed by the first 3 characters of you registered player name, for a total of 6 characters. If you have a problem just contact me.
CS Tried that but doesn't work.

And the game is back up. 17hrs to go in the current turn. If you haven't yet registered with civstats.com, do so now, because that may be the only way you get emailed turn notifications. www.civstats.com/viewgame.php?gameid=580Good luck everyone!! What is the password ? ... email me please ... thanks I was registered but inadvertantly unregistered

Fixes some issues for german players ... and its putting right the problem with directx incompatibilities but for the vast majority of mp players its a worthless patch because we've lived with the pain for the last few weeks and fixed it ourselves ... fixareus. If you want to play mp you haven't a choice.

Anyone know what quests are? I opened the chat/combat log window and I see a new tab called quests ... of course the designers still haven't put in a civopedia search or indexed items and I've gone through every bloody screen and no friggin quest. The quest for information on the quest. >> I found my answer forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=222075 Excellent read if anyone is interested on BTS

Mostly in pitboss games now - some ladder and some not at a variety of different organizations. I am playing two PBEM games still from Conquests ... one nearly going on a year.
It's too hard to get a game in the lobby. Too many people who appear to enjoy insulting each other and anyone that plays with them.

CS - Great news (re not needing WL) ... I had thought the expansions were cumulative. On the other hand that means the cost is likely more than I anticipated. What is the cost for BTS? And I didn't realize there was a patch already for BTS ... that is encouraging. Why? That means that a number of issues identified with beta testing have been fixed and distributed post release.

Thanks for the information.
I think the only benefit from this would be if more people had it on but as long as it doesn't effect play I'll try it out.
Are people planning to upgrade to VISTA ? I'm not sure of the benefits. Doesn't seem that long ago that Windows XP just came out.
Nice KC shield too CS. Who drew that up ? Very nice.

Update for Windows XP (KB920342) Typical download size: 782 KB Peer Name Resolution Protocol (PNRP) version 2.0 allows you to publish and resolve peer names with other PNRP nodes running v2.0. This is important for peer-to-peer applications on your system. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.
Anyone know of any detrimental effects to the game installing this update ?

Try adding it temporarily to your trusted sites to see if that gets you further. If it does your security setting is too restrictive .. try setting your internet to medium.

Reinstall Sun Java
