This website is great! Just a suggestion though...it sucks having to scroll so much through the main page. Might be cool to widen the display area.

A wider display area for the main page wouldn't have much of an effect on it, in regards to the amount of scrolling.

Wow someone who's lazier than me could you not just let us jack straight into the system and view through cyberspace? Maybe you could move the forum jump option from the bottom of the page to the top? Or simply have a box at the top with all the links displayed so that you can just click on them. Another idea would be to use short cut keys and have them appear on the forum jump menu? I was impressed with the overall look and feel of the web site. It's clear a great deal of effort has gone into it. Keep up the good work.

I meant widening the boxes that hold the info for the main threads (forum name, moderators, etc...), like it is at civ3players, where in three scrolls of the mouse I am at the bottom of the main page: civ3players.proboards2.comEdit: Actually DTA, I see what you are saying. It's just fine if I make the text a smaller

To beat a dead horse into the ground, this is the format that would be nice: This is the format it goes to: The difference is the width of the box. It even strains for a few seconds when changing from wide box to narrow/long box. But it's not a big deal. It's really appealing to begin with...just a personal preference I guess. Edit: weird, first picture is in a scroll box, second picture doesn't show. Address for it is : Example 2

I see what your problem is now. I will see what I can do for you on that. I have a few ideas on a way to fix it for you, without changing it for everyone. The problem looks like a screen resolution that is alot bigger then what I designed for. I wont have it done prob for about 2 weeks, but I'll let you know when I do.
BTW, what res are you running at, so that I can better set it up too handle it.

p.s. I'm not sure about the second image not showing up, but will check into that as well.

As far as I can tell now, no, but I'll have DTA look into it and see if we can add that.

Just a suggestion to have an archive thread area...the old forum got so bogged down with dead threads it made it hard to find the ones you wanted...also with the mods and scenarios have you thought about categorizing them somehow....i am sure with the new editor there will be plenty of them...what do you think!!!

I have a request. Could you change the Reply and Quick Reply text color? It is difficult to read what I am typing. Black on Navy blue looks good, but I guess it's not very practical. Other than that the website looks awesome. Great job!

Let me know what your browser is that you are using and I'll fix it to display correctly for it. DTA

DTA I think what he means is the button, where it says Quick Reply (Hide/Show) and then you click Show and then what YOU are talking about shows up
