Those who jump right into MP before playing SP extensively are foolish.
This game is COMPLETELY different from C3C(same concept, though) and you will only become most frustrated as time goes by starting out in MP.

The AI rocks in civ. For practice...grab a few friends and make it a 9v9 teamer agsint the AI ;D Yeah, when you play Complete Newb level of course it does

I will play SP first, to get a feel of the game, since I haven't played C3C in months, online or off.. And since I still out in the durn boonies with trees and deer for neighbors, my MPing will have to be kept to a minumum. How many can play an MP game at a time now with CIV? Can't remember if I have read it anywhere..

LILLY great seeing you agian hun good luck at school and look forward to having you back in the clan...as far as playing mp vs sp i will jump right in and start learning from the people that have been playing for a year....sure i will suck at first or still suck as always but best way to learn is under fire!!!

I would think it would be prudent to play a few rounds of SP just to familiarize yourself with the interface.

Screw this, kill everyone asap, get some reports get rank 1 and stay there till sum chump thinks he can whoop ur ass! wont have CIV for a while due to lack of .. umm money for upgrades, you guys will be living my dream
