Hi everyone, i just found out that somebody logged in with my account and reported a loss to Rokkitlauncher; I wouldn´t mind at all if that somebody wouldn´t have ended my +16 winning streak! Now, how can i find out who hacked my account and how do i report Rokkitlauncher to the admins? Thanks for answers, your Ullaheinz PS: Who would know my pw to the ladder? It must have been some admin

Players are expected to have a valid email and check it for emails from Cases once every 24hrs. That way when you get a non-report email you can respond to it. If you don't respond within 48hrs we automatically force it and write a comment in the dailly reports. Which you are also expected to read once in a while. And it's not hacking..it's simple ladder administration at work.

I would suggest you read the rules and what happens when you don't report on this forum ullaheinz. And in case you don't know as a ladder member you have the right to file non reports (legitimate that is) as well, so it's a two way street. Morale of the story ...report your losses promptly and this nasty business would never have occurred.

Lets face it, some people are naturally slowed. Its not that they chose to be slowed, they in a sense have not required the necessary social skills to function properly among the masses. They didn't have a choice and were simply born with an ability to waste peoples time. Im just stating a general fact about humans in general, not making any personal attacks....
On a side note. Check out this failure to report I got from Ullaheinz...

Now you analyze the human mind for what it is. Reading the above you see a distressed individual who is distrout over a player leaving a game and not reporting. In all logical sense this would seem that our target for discussion is just in filing his complaint.
But in reality........ I got a sub for myself and shortly after getting the sub my team won the game. The ladder community understands that when a player gets a sub they only have to report if the team loses and if the team wins they dont get any reports, all players accepted the sub and I left....
Now as amazing as it sounds, but this guy is either lieing to waste peoples time (or) was some how able to utilize selective memory and forget the fact I got a sub, the discussion that a sub would be acceptable as long as I was the one who found the sub, the logic behind other players not forcing me to report, and finally them losing the game and flat out deserving nothing.
I understand that as a ladder we can only grow by letting newbs into our games, but isnt there some way to only allow them to post on certain forums or have some kind of filter system which prevents them from sending you emails until they understand the ladder a little better. I mean Illaheinz obviously has a difficult time asking questions to admins in game or sending them questions through email, but I think after this second annoyance ive witnessed, and probably dozens combined that others have, should we build like a play pin for him, not a penalty box, but a new invention called a play pin which allows the person to use the message board and be apart of the ladder, but certain things like sending automated emails and posting in the general section would not be allowed........
Im just having one of those days, forgive me all ;D

Actually MGT.
When you must leave....
Yes a sub gets your victories but unless things are different here, the player who leaves is expected to report to all those remaining in the game.
****If one or more users in a match leaves the match and the game allows it a substitute player can be selected to finish playing that for the person(s) who disconnected. The sub does get credit for the match if they win, but they not required to report any losses unless all match participants agree otherwise before gameplay is continued. The person who left the match is only required to report losses to his/her opponents if they left voluntarily or were already clearly going to lose at the time they lost connection. ****
****Once you start a match you are responsible for completing it. If you have to leave before the game is finished for any reason it is considered a loss and you need to promptly report it. ie-You are playing a ladder match and your mother makes you go shopping. This is a loss.****
****Players entering games should know they are able to dedicate several hours of play time, or they shouldn't start the game. If you voluntarily quit a game, whatever the reason, you must report a loss to every remaining player in the match. That's right, report to everyone, whether or not it is a team game.****

someday soon, mgt will have to actually read ALL the rules
yes, a sub can be used, if mutually agreed upon by all players on both teams
no, the sub doesn't have to report losses if his team loses - but does in fact, get winning reports if his team wins
the original player replaced by the sub must report losses if his team loses
additionally, the QUITTING player must report to ALL players on BOTH teams, regardless of who wins the teamer
oh, and don't eat yellow snow - it's not listed as a ladder rule, but we want this unlisted "rule" to be known so that you don't attempt it.

Well actually these sort of "rules" are just gentlemens agreements, since we don't have rules governing subs per se. Just rules concerning drops and reporting. CS
