Dear ladder felows. I have bad (good) news, maybe some of you know that but i saw this yesterday fisrt time. Thx to Massinisa for using hes spy on mine units. Spy can remove enemie stack from defenders cultural land. I have 4 spy in OCC and in any attempt (100) i removed enemies stack from mine land out of cultural borders. I left him to move close to mine cap then i put mine spy on hes stack. Next turn hes units was removed 5 squares away to the border of mine land. This is uselles for OCC game styles in laters era. Enemie cant move units near mine capitol. Is this result of patch or I dont try it before ..., I dont kno, but we need anti-spy weapon.

assuming this is true, say hello to more Micro management in Civ 4 because people will be attacking in the later eras with mini stacks if not 1 at a time. I personally think this is a very interesting change to Civ 4 and it will help people evolve faster in the later eras.
Now Civ 4 needs 2 more units
1) The terrorist - just like a spy but when it goes into a city it cuts the population in half or when it does into a stack of units it does a given amount of collateral damage to the entire stack. Maybe make it cost 500 - 1000 Hammers
2) Propaganda Unit - Just like a spy but when it goes into the capital it causes every single city to instantly get 1 Unhappy face for 10 turns and if it goes into a normal city it causes that city to have 5 unhappy faces for 10 turns. Make it cost 500 - 1000 Hammers also.
Actually you can also make a third unit if you wanna hold true to life.
3) MrGameTheory Unit - Once activated this unit will take over your chat window and created a string of accurate but belittling comments which will not discontinue until target newbie resigns from the game or is killed. The Unit is also able to instantly raise the population in all cities to 84, but the 84 population don't require food due to their super power of being able to directly absorb energy from the sun. Make it cost 100,000 Gold and 1300 Ladder Bucks.

its destroy all later era games. Imagine 3v3 future. one player can have max 4 spies. All teammates build 4 spies *3=12 and sent to border civ. No one can pass spies network. We need antispy weapon. Duno if teammates spy can remove enemies units from teammates land..but i quess can, anyway 4 spy is nice defence.

I'll investigate this with the dev's, hopefully I can get atleast an unofficial patch for this issue if not an official one, worse case is we decide to make this exploit illegal on the ladder, MTF. I appoligize for letting this bug creep threw testing, but as you all know few MPers use spy as they havevery little real use.

Im afraid this MTG-unit willd screw up all your workers and Settlers, making them stop producing anything, waisting their time with PC-games
