I realize there are a lot of non reporting people lately, but I would just like to comment on the other type, the rapid filers.
When I have a non report, I wait a day, then email, then wait a day, then report.
However twice I have gotten non reports with either no email, or an email shortly before the report, both short of 24 hours. Now considering how many games I play I do occasionally miss one, lol. but I have never failed to do so upon email. But not all of us check our email every 10 minutes, or are available to do so.
Relax people, they probably forgot, and if not an extra day won't kill you.

Yes this issue has been raised before. Some people have little patience, if I have to send an email a few hours early then I'll explain why, if you receive an email very early apologise for forgetting and remind the player of the protocol; the 24hrs is there for a reason, to give players time if they had to skip out or could not wait for the results of a teamer to report.
Far less annoying than having to force someone to report, but still annoying none the less. You can't report someone 'till 24hrs after the email reminder either and that means 48hrs after the game, not 24hours after you sent the email in case you're in any doubt. Read the rules and email/report accordingly.

When a newb did it, I understood, he was new. But the second one was from a well established ladder member, you would think he would know better.

In a cton game there is no reason why a person should not report immediately after killed or game ending. Maybe anyone getting nonreport filed against them should try it. That works incredibly well. I think the 24 hour time was a courtesy for extreme cases like lose of internet connection. Not for "I don't feel like it right now."
For the record, I usually give them at least 48 hours but 99 out of 100 if the player hasn't reported within 10-15 hours, they're not going to.
And don't get me started on emailing first. Why should I have to waste my time emailing this person that cannot keep track of reporting his looses or just doesn't care. I need to add him to my contact list. My contact list has over 50 ladder contacts before I got sick of it. Then write him a note. Then see nothing happen. Oh and then I get to file an official nonreport while I'm sure he didn't loose a second of sleep.
You all get a little dose of tough love today. REPORT A.S.A.P. FOOLS[/u][/b]

As a well established ladder member, write names or copy-paste screen. After u finished game report immediate and not wait for email. This is the way how established ladder member must crossing... In about 1 year and many ,many games I dnt have unreported match bc i writing report lose ,all those 356 days ,immidiate after game... And i dnt have sence for people which dnt reporting immidiate after game, exception are oldest people.

Maybe you died early in a team game and the guy knows that you don't know the final outcome and he wants to speed the process up.
More likely though, he has a streak going and wants a quick report to extend it.

Well if the admins notice that a player is always delaying reports to extend a win streak or just always having to be reminded or have a report filed before reporting, they will face punishments as well, despite not formally having forced reports against them.

I personally report ASAP. Many times I have the browser open starting reports even while chatting in the final screen with the other players. Fast reporting solves a lot of problems.
