I enjoyed this tournament, (and would have enjoyed it a lot more if our first game hadn't run into a nasty dispute). Any chance to play a game that isn't an Ancient start is great.
But, it might have been a good idea to advertise it earlier (or set it later), so that people would have a chance to hear about it and book it in their diaries (or whatever people with real lives do). I know at least one player who would have been keen to play, but didn't know it was on until too late.
Anyway, thanks for organising this Sparta.

I had advertised the tournament for 2 full days before the event... in the lobby, however nobody seemed to care. None of the TD's host public non CCC tourneys because they are incredibly difficult to get players for. But thanks for playing Mark, I appreciate it. And congrats to cpukiller and tutor for winning.

I didn't see this 'til now and your efforts were appreciated( even if I did join the tournament by chance rather than by planning) it was good to play a new scenario. The settings we're wrong I think. But I still enjoyed my game all be it that it was over in about 20 minutes. Don't feel discouraged by all the arguing, this is natural in the early days, 'til good settings and rule systems are worked out we have to make good with the old, this sort of experimentation is only to be expected.
