I am starting this thread for those who are still looking for how to do certain old familiar things. A lot of the old ways of doing things (e.g. shortcut commands) have changed.
For example, I'll start it off with:
How do I turn on the map grid?

How do you raze your city?

As far as I know this is not an option... And if it is not one I would use.

It would be useful to have when you culturally flip nearby (very nearby, as in 2 tiles away) cities.

Have you "no city razing" turned on? If you have, it´s not possible. Conquered cities don´t count for elimination anyway (if you lose them again).

I don't believe so Rep, been razing cities left and right after military conquest. Haven't gotten the prompt after culturally conquering a city though.

No razing option is only for MP games... In SP it is not an option.

No razing option is only for MP games... In SP it is not an option. Sure it's an option...go to single player, custome game and it's the first option in the middle column

It does not work, at least it did not before. I wish I could copy and post from another forum. It may be an option but it was designed only for MP. And beings there is only 1 basic interface, it should not work. I guess Fried should respond...

How do I automatisize workers without that they replace already existing improvements (shift+A doesn't work anymore, and A replaces existing improvements)?

There is an option to not modify existing improvements, in the options screen.

It would be useful to have when you culturally flip nearby (very nearby, as in 2 tiles away) cities. No there's no option to raze a city that flip, genocide of your own people is not a mechanic in this game, but if you are playing a AI you can gift it back CS

How does one call another civ to the diplo screen? Fastest way is to click on the username of the opponent in the score box area of the main screen ... You can also go to F4 (diplomacy screen) and double click on the leader you wish to negotiate with.

If you select a stack of units and press ctrl + # all you have to do to select the stack again is press the #
Hope it helps some of you.

Yep. There's also a version of that using ALT to preset queues for cities.
