I will be holding my second Cash Tournament on Friday of this week. 11/10/06 at 8:30 PM PST.
The grand prize will be $100 cash money and you do not have to be ladder to enter the tournament.
There will be "no" entrance fee.
There will be 32 Spaces available for this Tournament and board members have the advantage of putting their names down on this thread to reserve a seat in the tournament. You must repost on this thread with your lobby name only, any variations of the lobby name will not reserve you a seat.
Registration for the Tournament will end at 8:00 PST. I will be posting the Brackets for the Tournament at 8:20.
The Settings are as follows:
Mirror / Duel / Ancient / 100 Turns / 2 City Elimination / Temperate / Lakes / No Barbarians / No Huts / Always war.
There will be 5 rounds in this tournament and in order to resolve most leader conflicts I will set this tournament vanilla style. Before the actual tournament begins I will pick at random 5 Leaders. Each round a leader will be assigned and every player who made it to that round must pick that leader to play. So lets say Gandhi has been assigned to round 3, Every player who made it to round 3 will be using Gandhi as their leader. All round's leaders will be picked before the tournament begins.
In order to resolve any further conflicts each player must take a screen shot of the first turn and their victory or the drop from game of their opponent. All players should have the clock up from the game so the time can be verified. In the event there is a conflict between two players and both claim victory but neither have screen shots, the game will be played again.
As soon as the game starts, the game starts and even if there is an error in setting the settings, the game must be played on and it is both players faults for xing in with incorrect settings.
Round 1 - 32
Round 2 - 16
Round 3 - 8
Round 4 - 4
Round 5 - 2
Winner will need a paypal account in order to transfer funds to account.
If you want to see more tournaments like this in the future I would appreciate a good turn out of players and I wont be hosting tournaments in the future if only like 9 players show up. I would appreciate it if you told as many people as possible about this tournament from all leagues. Please give out the URL to this thread I will be leaving my C4f name "..A..GameTheory" up that day and I will be accepting players reservations by c4f message up until 8:00 PM PST. I will be entering the game around 7:45 and if there are any seats available I will be accepting seat reservations by game messages also.
I will only accept in the order in which messages are recieved.
I will set Brackets on this Thread on the day of the event. The brackets will be followed and if two players are set to fight each other and they both win their games early they can begin onto the next round.

Obviously this bracket isn't the easiest braket set up in the world, but hopefully we are all intelligent enough to be able to figure this one out.
Every Single Round each player will need to either post on this thread who won or send me a message over c4f or send me a message through the game.
GL to us all and I hope to see you all there.
