3526843) had entered the shipping process and was being packed for
delivery.
Due to the volume of packages we ship each day, it is impossible to
locate and pull out a single package during this process. We are
therefore unable to cancel any of the items from an order once it
has entered the shipping process.
Please remember that, it does not mean that the item has been
shipped once it has been entered in the shipping process. But the
process includes the assigment to fulfillment center with adequate
stock and authorizing your credit card. It makes sure that, you get
your items with in timeframe shown at the time you placed this
order. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please know that we do not wish to upset our customers but we want
to be able to get the items to our customers as quickly as
possible.
For your future reference, you may cancel unshipped items online by
following these steps:
1. Click the "Your Account" link at the top of our web site.
2. Click the link that says "Cancel orders."
3. Sign in with your e-mail address and password.
4. Click the "View or change order" button on the relevant order.
5. Click the button that says "Need to cancel an item?"
6. Click the checkbox next to "Cancel 1 item" for any items you'd
like to cancel. Click the "Cancel checked items" button.
You'll receive an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation.
However, we will certainly refund you for this item if you wish to
