A first class demonstration on how telling people 'do as we say not as we do' will get you nowhere.
How can a nation with the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons (over 10,000 at last count), the only nation to have used nuclear weapons and a nation that is taking the development of nuclear weapons into the future through its 'Reliable replacement warhead' program ever expect to be an ambassador for nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation?
It has attack 2 nations which were totally defenceless and incapable of putting up a good fight in Iraq (cripped by over a decade of sanctions) and Afghanistan ( a state less advanced than those in the medieval ages). All this was telling the world one thing, if your weak, and we dont like you, we'll come after you. So whats a nation like north korea to think?
"well they've taken us out of their christmas card list. The say we're 'evil'. They're threatening us with sanctions. hmmmmm..... we need to get a bigger stick to fight them off with'.
And all the while the 'civilised of this world have no quarms with carrying on playing on their uneven playing field, acting like a cartel of nations divided into the haves and have nots, the rest of the world has to be dictated to on what they can and cant do.
Isn't the hypocricy suffocating?

i have the following -
Pentium 4, 3.0 cpu 1 gig Ram 128MB DDR NVIDIA GEFORCE FX 5200 8mb connection
When i start a game there are no problems at all. However when the game begins, after say 5 minutes (it varies) the game freezes on average 15 seconds then goes back to normal. This keeps on happening at indifferent intervals. The game freezes for a bit, the screen is there, the mouse stops the game stops then it unfreezes.
any idea what the problem is?
