im ok with NP its owerpowered.
about globe... let globe at peace its ok.
all other sugestion is ok especialy no national wonders limit and no spy and no net and no nuke.
Maybe for more balanced game : tanks and modern armors dont need oil and alu. bombers, fighters, yets, stealths not need resources to. Remove all requisite resources for latter units.

Im afraid if we let the Globe "untouched" this MOD will be too small, and the game will feel a lot like it normaly does.
Why not give it a go, with all "effects" of CIV working. But maby 50% should be 70% i dont know that for sure.
Would prob. need a few gametest on 60% and then we will know if we need to change it a bit. there is a lot of ways to reduce unhappiness in civ, we just dont need to use them as it is now.

Did i talking on hungarian ? 1. No national wonder limits 2. less unhealty from NP 3. no spy 4. no nukes 5. no net 6. no resources needed for later units (tanks, modern armors, aircraft...) 7. u mentioned nukes net ... rofl maybe spider nets 8. changing bonuses from medicine and genetics and maybe echology (healt+food) .. at the moment echology removing unhealth from building which is uselles with NP. 9. each new future tech give new and diff bonues (use your imagination) atm each future give u +1 health woth is useeles with NP how all mentined abouve will be same as normal occ eg. reny PS tamojo did we both have same BTS game or im playing somethign else

Ok now im thinking for real. NP prob is not simple. Programer put that bonus (nonhealth to zero bc pop) bc new feature in BTS . wood preserve. If i have 10 wood preserve and NP will not remove all green ugly unhelaty faces i will not growth. Thats why NP removes all unhealt from pop bc wood preserve... to balance less food from preserve. But those woumans from firaxis are lazy and they left 3 useless tech after NP,medicine, genetich and echology. Thats why i mentioned removing unhelaty faces from NP in combo with wood preserve. If u dont use wood u will have more food and u wil growth...but u have less tech points bc that. We need to balance 3 matters : 1. health 2. food 3. tech points with wonders , resources and technologies bonueses.
We can bypass this prob to change bonus from medicine and genetics. Isntead of +2 +3 health let those technologies make +2/+2 health-food +3/+3 healt-food and NP bonus can be reduced to 50%.
Reducing NP bonus without changes in medicine and genetics will be bad solution. Reducing NP bonus must be in balanced combo with all food-health technologies: medicine,echology,genetich.future1...x Alsoe, now uselles tech, eg. genetics will be usable after changes.

first of all, you still not adressing all the effects of unhappiness, but due to that line of thinking could give a sience bonus from every happy face.
Same thing with Helth, if y give the bonus directly opun the number of helthy faces, and keep the no unhelth from NP that would work.
But then y still need diffrent punishments from factory Steel ect. as they are ment to be, and should be, removing food.

Primax could you also possibly remove tree preserves from this mod! thanks Bantams rofl guys, why you need a MOD? If you do that changes its close to old warlord OCC A real improvement would be a "mirrior" map which gives each player same land. No more crying Oh hehe, I think I solved that problem. As for this proposed mod... I don't think there is too much wrong with several buildings made obsolete by NP and GT. Instead we got a whole new dimension of playing with forests instead of just always chopping them. Limiting NP and especially GT's effect might cause more problems than solve. You really don't want an artificial population limit after which there is no point in growing further even if you have a wonderful land, because your buildings and resources can't generate any more happiness. And going back from Representation to Hereditary is obviously a very bad idea. And please don't name this mod "Improved OCC", because that name would imply a better quality of play, which is very debatable with these proposed changes. Name it "Conservative OCC" or something like that, as obviously the main point of it is undoing the changes brought by BTS. Better yet: Why do you need a mod for this? Simply play Warlords!
