Can someone make this simple MOD, for OCC, as it is now, make no sence. As so many effects from buildings ect. have no effect due to the overpower of the park and globe. Most important : The National Park reduce unhappines from POP by 50% The Globe Teatre reduce anarky by 50% Remove spy unit.
Less important: You can build any national wonder.

The national park and preservs make OCC games more balanced so pls stop crying and asking for MODS. If you dont like the national park host own games and ban it But sorry, I will not join that game

Im not crying, i would just like to play this mod, if y dont want to, happy to say, i can live with that, i know a few that would !! My suggestion dosent change the preserve effect. But when a wonders compleetly removes anarky or helth issues it takes a lot out of the game, no reason to build all the buildings otherwise made to reduce those effects, No mass transit, no religius buildings, no hospital ect ect. And at the same time, no punnishment for Ironworks, factory ect. Your suggestion to ban it, is not excatly the same thing, as the preserve effect is fine, and i said 50% not 0% Banning Globe would be to harsh, again 50% would be fun !! No spy would be great in any game, im sure the reason 95% of all games going today is ANC, is mostly due to the fact that spy spoils any game not anc.

Mods that are not part of the civ software will NOT run on my computer under any cirumstances.
So more games I have no chance of being able to play (like UQC and regicide)--

I see no reason for any mods to not work... Longhorn: I have posted 2 mods in this Thread. They use an installer to install the mods. I recomend you try to use them and see if that helps your problem. They have been tested to work in vista. I have a few mods to work on but I will make these adjustments for you and get a mod up soon Tamijo.

why remove anything from the game Banning spy actions nukes, internet blah is good enough as it is and i was just pointing out wummy we remove anything else we may as well go back to playing Civ 3 before long lol

I can make a mod that removes everything if you like call it the woumans mod? remove all except 1 settler that cant settle ;D

If you do that changes its close to old warlord OCC A real improvement would be a "mirrior" map which gives each player same land. No more crying yes mirror map and fix nationl park bonuses. NP put nonhealth from pop to zero. Just put nonhealt in minus depend how many wood preserve player have. EG if player have 6 wood presever nat. park put -6 unhelath bonuses then medicine and genetic will be usefuly after that fix. Alose put no national wonder limits in OCC. Atm this is limited to 5.

I have never played Civ3. I have no idear how it was, and i dont care, does not change the value of a fix if it is like CIV3 or not like civ3, comment on the contence instead. !!

Remove Nuke unit No Internet Forgot to mention Nukes Net, but as we never allow them may as well remove Comment on the suggestion constructivly please : Is 50% anarky reduction not enough, should it be 60% or more (the point is that y should still need to make effort to keep anarky out.) Or would it be better with a fixed ammount - like 20 happy faces Same thing with NP will 50% reduction be enough/too much, to balance between growth and the fact that you should need to go for helth buildings/tech/civic. Or should we go with Lestats idear make no helth bonus directly from NP, instead a bonus from NP related to number of Preserves As far as i can c, this mod will open up a lot of new strat choices to make, and a few new strats to try out. And i think its absolutely rubbish to compare it with warlords ! 1. In warlords y had 100% Globe Teatre effect on anarky, will be very diffrent with this MOD, this is infact where this MOD is most significant. ! 2. There is effects from new buildings, like Industrial Park, Puplic Transport, will come into play with this MOD, making the change from Warlords-BTS more active than without the MOD Only place where this MOD looks like Warlords is removing the SPY, have to admit i hate spy actions, and looks like most of the ladder decided to ban it anyway. Same with scouting, a lot more fun when y had to look at the graf, and guess how strong your opponent was.

When i use the term anarky, i think of unhappiness. Sorry for that ! So what im saying is Globe should remove 50% of all unhappiness generated in the city no matter what was the cause of the unhappiness. NP should remove 50% of all unheltyness generated in the city, no matter what was the cause of the unheltyness.
Example: a city have generated 16 unhelthy - and got 5 helth bonus before NP = -11 food, with NP it only generated 8 unhelth = -3 food Compleetly same thing with Globe city have generated 16 unhappy before globe, and got 5 happy bonus, before globe 11 pop wont work, after globe 3 wont
