With the new ladder finishing completion soon, I believe it is time for a change in leadership. Slaughter is the one who programmed the ladder, and AngelOnEarth is his wife. She is highly regarded in the community and an obvious choice to replace CanuckSoldier with should she want the job. Post here to sign the petition to remove Canuck and Draft AngelOnEarth as new Community Leader and Head Admin of the new ladder! If AngelOnEarth does not want the job we will draft Moineau.

I agree. If AoE wants it, it should be hers. Otherwise I would like to see Moineau heading the ladder.

no no no.
Dey and his minions are just a trouble makers. Dont let them to convince u guys to fix something that is not broken.
Dey, here is a suggestion, since u have all these good ideas and you seem to be such a perfect leader why dont u start u own f**king ladder; then u can be the Head Admin, Vice Admin, TD and what the f**k ever u like man. There is absalutely no reason to dismiss cs as HA, if u do have reasons, please state in this them UNBIASED in this thread and maybe i will listen, but until then, ur little feud with cs is getting very irretating; stop spamming the lobby. Not-So-Kind Regards GB

Thank you for your very constructive post outlining why you believe our arguments are wrong and citing specific evidence to support your own.

Every Head admin are always attacked by troublemakers, used to be SPM, now CS, trying to show strength or put pressure. I DO think CS is perfect for the job. Some players should starting changing their behavior before thinking about changing head admins ;D.

Some players should starting changing their behavior before thinking about changing head admins ;D. When CS is deployed, what will we do? Who the next Head Admin will be is a pertinent question as we're not going to be able to avoid it anyhow. I'm not sure what the problem is, we're not picking someone who is inexperienced, but going with one of the current admins to move up. In fact, if you want, we can step away from the fact that we have beef with CS's record. Who do you think should be Head Admin when CS deploys? Would you rather pick from one of the current standing admins or let him decide?

I hate to disappoint you guys...but I am not disappearing from the face of the earth.....this is the information age, I will have normal internet access and for the most part do the same job I am doing now. Other than the couple weeks it will take me to travel and setup my internet and laptop, I'll be just as active as I am now. In that period yes DTA, my Vice Admin will make sure we keep moving forward.
If you guys think you can do a better job feel free to program your own league and try and replace Civ4players, you might find that the grass is not greener.

Please don't put my name on that list. I'm staying out of this... because honestly I don't care who runs the ladder while CS is away. If I ever thought the ladder was so bad, I'd quit it... As it is now I'm to a point that I don't care about the game I'm in, I just do things out of habit. So if I ever quit a game out of the blue, it's probably from apathy. PS - Is DTA active enough to run the ladder while you are gone? In fact it looks like longhorn and moineau are the only active admins around.... but longhorn has a bit of a temper I suppose active player doesn't mean they're not active in Admin forums and emails. Oh well w/e

Oh well w/e DTA doesn't have much time to play other than the occasional KC game, but that isn't what I need him to do, he is very busy coding the new forums(he is also the owner of the domain that we are renting(web hosting)) and helping Slaughter with the league code, not to mention that I have given him the difficult job of amalgamating the efforts of the CCCAC. He is doing all this very well and it is no small task. CS
