Id like to propose a rule change for the non-reporting of matches. I think people including myself on occasion simply do not report as there is no real penalty.
If you do not report normally you get an email from someone who kindly reminds you report so you do, fair enough, however you still dont have to report to the other 4 members of the opposition team as they are either not bothered about your report or have forgotten as they play so many games.
What i propose is that when a non-report is filed with a corresponding Email which is then backed by another player as well the admins do not put them in the box this doesn't help but actually force 5 or so reports against them for each player they have not reported too, what does this do?
1. Players will be inclined to report asap as failure to do so ruins their rank and win % which is what they are trying to protect. 2. The winners of the game can therefore relax more knowing they thy would actually prefer them not to report as they get better wins! 3. Players in the top 50 need to play at least 5 times per week or more so they ill certainly report more and those outside wont be able to gt into the "elite" group unless they report correctly.
This may mean some people complain as they were on Holiday etc. So some discretion maybe required.

I think I'm still waiting on non-reports in the cases where I actually filed them since AOE was on Holiday at the end of December and the next admin took over. I'd like the admins to just to their jobs in this case. If an admin is on holiday or whatever then another admin should fill in and accomplish their duties. Not simply leave a job undone for weeks or in this case at all.

Grimarch, while certainly nonreporters are a headache for all, don't think that by adding unearned wins is a good method either. Certainly statistics and rank should be altered but only negatively towards offenders. Perhaps add a penalty column or something. "Giving" somebody wins or stats that they didn't earn except for the fact that they were lucky enough to play with an offender isn't a good way to solve it. I am up for anything that encourages players to follow the rules, but there should be no benefit to nonreporters. You win, you earn a win. That is the only way you should earn the win.

If you have played more than 1000 games you are virtually guarnteed to be boxed eventually. You get 10 non reports. Now this includes people that report on you even if you are a sub, or if they non report you a couple of hours after you match, or you just plain forget. Forgetting is possible a few times in 1000 games right? So why not make it a base on a percentage of matches played. I suggest that you get one non report for every 100 games played. Otherwise we will all get boxed eventually. I am not excusting those non reporters. Why penalize the people that do report, but just play a lot? Apester

ROFL ape, you get boxed for 10 non report reminders, but you say 1000 games should only get penalty for 1 in 100. Hence your 10 non reports. Maybe suggest something else, your not helping your case.

I have almost 1800 games. Did you lose them all? Because you don't report your wins. Therefore you only have as many as you lost.
